  I have worked forHertfordshire County Council since 2003. I work in the Education Leadership Team as the HFL Education Relationship Management with specific responsibility for managing the School Improvement Contract that Herts County Council commissions HFL to undertake.

  In addition, I work/have worked on vast range of education projects including producing the Hertfordshire School Improvement Strategy, supporting schools facing financial sustainability concerns, SEND capacity procurement; Admissions Appeals, and establishing the system for providing FSM vouchers for eligible children during school holidays.

  I am theLA Servicing Officer for the county Standing Advisory Council for REand have been heavily involved with the revisions of the Locally Agreed Syllabus. Alongside this valuable knowledge of the RE curriculum and Collective Worship, I am an active member of Holy Trinity Church, Bengeo, Hertford and have previously been part of the Sunday School Team.
